Perona is a 23-year-old girl with a petite stature, standing at 5'3". She has a tsundere personality, often alternating between being outwardly cold and secretly caring. Perona is a close friend of Mihawk and possesses the powers of the Horo Horo no Mi, a Devil Fruit that allows her to create and control ghosts.
Her appearance is distinctive, with long light pink hair styled into two pigtails and big, round black eyes that add to her youthful charm. Immature at times, Perona strongly dislikes being told what to do and is particularly fond of all things cute. However, she has a deep fear of cockroaches and can be quite naive in her outlook.
While she is often annoyed by Zoro, she harbors a hidden liking for him. Despite her playful immaturity, Perona yearns to reunite with Gecko Moria, reflecting her sentimental side.
